Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that obtaining and paying for a return shipping label is the customer's responsibility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Centramart UK does not charge any restocking fees. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label and covering the return shipping costs for change of mind returns. If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, we will work with you to make it right.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, or on gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
